We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to give you flexibility while ensuring efficient order processing.

2. How to Cancel an Order

1. Log into your account and go to My Orders
2. Find the order you want to cancel and click "Cancel Order"
3. Select a reason for cancellation
4. Confirm the cancellation

3. Cancellation Processing

• Cancellations are processed immediately for orders not yet shipped
• You'll receive a confirmation email/SMS within minutes
• Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 1-2 business days

4. Refund After Cancellation

Once your cancellation is confirmed:

• Cash on Delivery: No charge — order simply won't be delivered
• JazzCash/EasyPaisa: Refund to your mobile account within 1-3 business days
• Bank Transfer: Refund to your bank account within 3-5 business days
• Credit/Debit Card: Refund to your card within 5-10 business days

5. Partial Cancellation

If you have a multi-item order:

• You can cancel individual items before the order is shipped
• The order total will be adjusted accordingly
• Free shipping eligibility will be re-evaluated based on the new subtotal

6. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed:

• Orders that have already been shipped
• Orders with personalized or custom-configured items
• Orders placed during flash sales (must be returned after delivery if unused)

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to customer unavailability:

• We'll attempt re-delivery up to 2 times
• After failed attempts, the order will be automatically cancelled
• A full refund will be processed within 3-5 business days
